List of Issues Prior to Reporting in Canada: Submission to the United Nations Committee against Torture

In June 2021, the HIV Legal Network and the Centre on Drug Policy Evaluation (CDPE) made a joint submission to the UN Committee against Torture regarding its review of Canada under the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, focusing on torturous, cruel, and inhuman treatment of people who use drugs in Canada.
