Submission to the UN Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review Working Group, Sixteenth Session (2012) re: Review of Russian Federation

This report is focused on the implementation of recommendations given to the Government of the Russian Federation by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) regarding access to HIV prevention, drug treatment and overdose prevention among people who inject drugs in the Russian Federation. We propose a number of recommendations that the UPR Working Group should make to the Government of the Russian Federation.
