Universal Periodic Review (Canada) – Submission to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (October 2012)

This submission focusses on various aspects of Canada’s obligation to realize progressively the right to the highest attainable standard of health under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (Article 12), and specifically the right to health of people with addictions inside and outside prisons.
